What are the primary service differences with this?

I know for a fact that the Pavillion has no Trait guy.

Actually, come to think of it, when is that getting fixed? Should I just ask for a refund?

The Pavillion has a trait guy now, what i heard. So actually there isn’t any difference except from the place it is.

There is an event guy on the ship as well. AN please make the service all equal. Thanks.

Does the Pav. have a weapons merchant guy? Can’t log in right now to check.
