and can’t find him :/

One more possible location is under the Asura Gate hub waypoint/island.

OK! So…..

It turns out he teleports aound the map from one location to the next staying at each for a period of about 5-10mins there abouts.

In any event a group of us just waited at the gangplank spot to find him having unsuccessfully chased him around the map.

So its one of those RNG, press ‘F’ achievements -.-

Waiting at one of the spots for almost an hour hasn’t worked for me. Or cycling around 5-6 spots. I shall forever call him Peter the Elusive now.

Perhaps he does not spawn if a player is in that space? Can anyone confirm he showed up while waiting?

Yes, I was camping behind the Inn when he arrived.

I’ve been camping the BLTP for nearly 2 hours.. and not seen the kitten kitten..

This event for me is such a fail.

Please no! I can’t take another “Anyone seen peter” in mapchat….it’s every 20 seconds!

It’s worth remembering that Dulfy has not listed all the locations yet. I found him in the water midway between #7 and the vista to the east of it.

Usually when that happens, he’s already been in that spot for a couple minutes so you’ll miss him if you run there right away.

I finally found him in the water in Inner Harbour.

I give this advice to anyone who asks in chat.. and it has been successful for many.

park yourself at the light house (bottom far left on map, look for Lion’s Gate POI), and wait.. he will spawn in two very close locations. makes your odds a little better.

1. loc: down by the light house just left of the plaque.

2. up near the house by the stairs.

I have even witnessed him appear at the light house.. disappear after 3 min.. then re appear at the house location for another 3 min, back to back.

Ask in map chat if anyone has spotted him. I ran across him by accident when coming around the back of the bank and called it out in chat. Folk have been pretty good about doing that at least on my server.

When he spawns at a location he only tends to stay for about two minutes, not even close to five. At least from my experience. So you gotta be quick to get to him if not it’s your lost. :P

I’ve seen him in the bank, at the back side where the guild banker and kite vendor used to stand. That’s not on Dulfy’s map. A nice commander shouted him out in map chat and we swarmed in there. Oddly the aethers attacked us with vigor but left poor Peter to his own devices. He’s in cahoots!
