I heard behind Lion’s Shadow Inn is one, but he’s not here…

I found him around the Durmand Priory ruins.

Saw him by the lighthouse while I was in the water, but he was gone by the time I actually got there.

Someone said he was below the Asura gates this last hour

Seems he spawns around a lot and only stays at any given spot for a brief period of time. So all you can basically do is just mindlessly camp a known location and hope he spawns within 60 minutes. >_<

I can confirm Peter does spawn behind the Lion’s Shadow Inn. He’s inbetween the area of the entrance and where the rock pile is. Don’t go too far in, or you’ll miss him.

He stuck around for about, maybe, five minutes before he disappeared again. Camped him for almost an hour before he showed.

I found him on top of the tower near Magnus The Bloody Handed.

I assume this is for an achievement?

Yes, it’s for “He’ll Never Live This Down” in Lion’s Arch.

i got the achievement when he was behind the bank vault in the traders forum or whatever its called.

Seen/heard of him spawning—
1. at the base of the waterfall in front of the ogres’ cave.
2. a little north of the Durmand Dig Site POI.
3. in the water a little to the east of The Gangplank POI.
4. on the rocks below Gate Hub Plaza Waypoint.
5. on the ground under Deverol Island POI.

Dude gets around, doesn’t he? Wonder why we never saw him when rescuing civilians……

Found him at the old lighthouse north of Lion’s Gate POI.

It is because he died in the attack… That is why he won’t “live” this one down…

I found him under the gangplank POI underwater.

Also found him at the lighthouse at the near of the marriner thing surrounded by the enemies there.

Been camping behind the Loin’s Shadow for almost 2 hours now and nothing…

Found him on the top of Fort Marriner where they used to sell the Lion’s Guard cultural weapons.

I heard he was last seen in a smoky Kiev cafe, sitting in the shadows wearing a long, beige trenchcoat, awaiting an elusive woman known only as Dasha.

At GH we were so many looking for him tonight that we set up a train to find him xD we ran for about 15-20 minutes, and when we finally decided to give up, he all of a sudden popped just beside us…
