Scarlet and Tequatl

Looking at this conversation in a refugee camp, I had an idea that Scarlet’s newer stronger poison aka the miasma might be sources from Tequatl?
He was given some attention earlier on by Anet and I feel a connection here somewhere.

Opinions?

Priory Magister Vallen: A climbing fatality rate for the refugees …and perhaps Scarlet’s ultimate weapon.
Priory Novice Ailis: I’ve been in touch with the hyleks, as you asked. They’ve found the poison—in small doses—will work its way out of the survivor’s body.
Priory Magister Vallen: It’s not wholly fatal? That’s fantastic news.
Priory Novice Ailis: It depends on the potency of the dose and time exposed to the miasma.
