Guild Wars 2

I did not manage to play for few last days of previous update and now I found out that I have about 10 keys left. I see Scarlet Lair is still there, but boxes are empty. Is that intended? Will we get one more chance to spend the keys?

Its been confirmed chests are coming back. No date mentioned though.
