So these Powerful Potions of Scarlet’s Armies slaying are on my crosshairs… I was doing TA earlier (few mins ago, before the daily) and got the Toxic LS Achievement completed from killing the TA guys. I tried using the potion and noticed a dmg increase and dmg reduction intake… maybe I was seeing what my eyes wanted to see, but if thats the case, these potions are EXTREMELY underated, simply for the fact that not only do they last for an HR, and give the buffs they do +10% / -10% / 15%exp, but if they work with the toxic alliance… then the should in theory work for Cof (molten alliance) CoE (atherblade alliance) SE (Molten Alliance) & CM (aetherblade alliance).
I have yet to fully test this, but seems to take in effect in TA, if anyone can confirm this it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you all.

The potions actually do count against the regular members of Scarlet’s alliance (even though as such they aren’t actually a part of her alliance), and will work on enemies such as the dredge all around the world (including SE), flame legion (including CoF), krait, nightmare court (including TA, any nightmare spider or vine, but not regular spiders or wurms), aetherblades and watchwork. Also works pretty good in fractals (underground has dredge, underwater has krait etc.) and TA aetherblade path. It should not work on Inquest (they aren’t a part of any of the stated groups, they aren’t aetherblades) and not on bandits, but it might work on pirates, since pirates and bandits are separate groups as well (you can check in the slayer achievements even, they count separately there) and aetherblades are for all accounts and purposes, pirates. This also means it should not work in CM.
I haven’t tested this so far, but just going by accounts of what other people said and how some things work in game, this should be close at least.

Nightmare Court and Krait both count towards Toxic Alliance, unlike Molten which are their own “species”.
