Guild Wars 2

So I was looking through my Pvp locker and came across these, which I have yet to see in PVE or anyone have in pvp. I checked online at the wiki and didn’t see anything about it there either. Anyone hear any news about these and when/where I can get them?

They are probably going to sell those ugly things in the gem shop next Tuesday

I would love to have these on my Charr. The helmet doesn’t match much, so having the shoulders and the gauntlets would allow me to make a very nice looking Medium Armor. I am rather sick of trench coats.
