Phearps this has been there since the beginning, but I just found it out yet; in the pirates cave, there is now a little hole that filled with water that leads to a hidden room (see screenshot).

Just wanted to put this in since it’s a cute easter egg.

That’s where one of the rubble piles were located that you could collect an heirloom during the Evacuation for Lion’s Arch. Not sure if the cave was there prior to that event but it certainly could have been.

The cave’s always been there, it’s where the pirates stash their loot, which is guarded by a very fine cat I wanted to check on the cat during BfLA, but the mobs were too much for me to get there – too bad, as I now know there was a rubble pile/heirloom in there too sigh

Anyway, in the Aftermath it was one of my first places to go visit, to check on the cat, who I’m happy to report is still there guarding the loot

Oh! I did not notice a cat in there during the evacuation! I will definitely go back to see the cat now. Thanks for the info!

It’s these little touches that I so enjoy about this game.
