So we know that they give you floating devil horns and a floating halo, but what are these “potions” exactly?

Are they endless potions?
Do they disappear once you enter combat/take damage?
Do they appear over your current helm, or do they replace it?
Are they some sort of brawler tonic, that once you use you gain some brawler abilities?

They are endless potions, same like Harpy Pheromones, but endless

OK, I HAVE to get the Selfless potion now.

Why can’t I put them both in the Mystic Forge with a permanent quaggan tonic and a makeover kit? My guardian’s appearance still doesn’t match how he feels on the inside.

Selfless gives you a halo high over your head, Selfish gives you horns likewise high up in the air. Dulfy has pics (check other threads).

Do the heirlooms come in the supply bags or only from the rubble piles? I have missed some and need to catch up.

Both. and the rubble resets supposedly at reset.

They halo would go great with the new zodiac armour. I want to try to get the selfless potion, but running around collecting the 250 heirlooms is kind of annoying and anything but selfless. When I was doing that last night, I felt bad for not helping out LA with the events. =(
