What is the minimum level for doing the Escape from Lion’s Arch content? I just recently started again and have only reached level 26.

Just like WvW, it has no level requirement and will automatically scale you up to 80 upon arrival of LA. If you are low level, just make sure you are accompanied by a zerg of 2 or more at all time to avoid death by hostile npcs.
