The blocking bugs are killing what would have otherwise been a great update. I just finished spending 45 minutes taking out the three legendary knights and then entering into the hologram fight. When the Prime got down to about 20%, it completely bugged out and we had to sit there doing zero damage to either it or Scarlet for the next ten minutes, until the timer ran out.

As for the legendary knights themselves, I’ve successfully taken out five so far tonight and only received loot from three. While the loot from those three was generous, it seems oddly inconsistent to either get 5 boxes or nothing at all.

Please, ANet, give us a hotfix and address these killing bugs.

I think they are working as hard as they can to fix the bugs. They already fixed the attunement pool bug, and – if the update above is any indication – I assume they are working to fix this, too.

Maybe they should release these Living Story updates when they’re ready, rather than when they’re do?

The bugs wouldn’t bother me so much if the story wasn’t being gated behind the bugged content while people who have managed to get through the bugged content keep giving away story spoilers in /map chat.

The wonderful thing is that the level of difficulty is such that you have to keep map chat open to coordinate, so you have to see the spoilers. Just lovely.

This is why main storylines and difficult content need to be separated. Keep the difficult content with all its rewards and achievements, just don’t use it to gate the game’s main story and lore.

in some cases that works, but in this LS, it makes more sense the way it is atm

I don’t exactly understand programming or how to implement it, so I’m not exactly sure what kind of answer you’re wanting from me.

Yes, it would be nice to have bug free content. However, considering that I’ve never played a game or a game patch that hasn’t been bugged in some way… I can’t honestly say how likely that would be.

The patch hasn’t even been out for 24hrs, so I don’t feel that things are going badly. Are there bugs that have prevented progress? Yes. However, I feel the team is doing their best.

I don’t feel the need to be unnecessarily grumpy or aggressive over something that I cannot personally fix or have any power over…and, yes, I fought the Knights several times without attunement pools popping before the fix was implemented (so I understand the frustration);.

Arena net did an amazing job. It’s not their fault that you savages keep bugging their event.

Saw the update.

Thought I’d give it one last try.

Killed the Hologram. Killed the Scarlet. Got to see the start of the victory cinematic.

Client crashed.

I’ve had it.
