Wow, this one is early, but the same post that is seen just before EVERY patch day.
The answer is, and always will be until otherwise stated, that it will come out when it is ready. Typically it is around noon server time (which is PST), but they never give the estimate because they don’t want people to complain if it comes out later (or even sooner as I’ve heard people complain about that too).
It’s better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.
The release should start between 18:00 and 21:00 CET.
The only thing you can be certain of is that it will be during Arenanet’s open/working hours – not before since there won’t be anyone in the office (or at least not everyone, and they need everyone).
