At work atm, but I read Dulfy’s post about this backpieces

after every item it say "You can pick whatever stats you like, however once a stat has being selected, it becomes soulbound. "

ok I get the soulbound part but…. the stats can I chose the stats multiple times? only once?
If is only once, and I make the first tier of backpiece and I chose ptv stats, when I make the second tier with that tier1 ptv, the results will be still ptv or I can get to pick the stats again?

I think you get to choose stats again at each stage of the upgrade process. So once you upgrade, the item will be account bound again (great, as maybe your character isn’t yet at a level to use exotics and you want to transfer to another who can), but once you select your stats again, the item is soulbound until next upgraded. It’s a pretty sensible process.
