What does this mean? If we hadn’t ruined Scarlet’s plans, then Mordy would still be sleeping? That seems to mean that Scarlet planned for Mordremoth to keep sleeping and that he has only awoken as a result of our intervention.

I don’t get it.

I really would prefer it if they didn’t release pertinent information through twitter.

All of those twitter accounts for the characters and the dragons are fake/non-official

I even believe several of them are managed by a single fan, as I’ve seen Marjory and Kas have a twitter conversation within less than a minute of each other.

Also, even if Scarlet wasn’t killed, the drill would continue and still disrupt the ley-line. As an Engi, if you interact with the panel, it says the drill was designed to continue burrowing until it reached its target, regardless if Scarlet lived or died.

The GW2 wiki is community run. Anyone can go in there and edit information and turn speculation into fact.

For example, the note about Magus Falls is speculation. For all we know, he could be in the Wastes.
