So.. do anyone knows WHAT IS THIS? a unique house in LA is covered and protected by a giant asura bubble that don’t allow anyone trespass. What is it? =)

I vaguely remember it being part of a previous living story or perhaps one of the personal story missions.

if my memory serves. that was the house for PS about the defensive field or something like that.

It’s from priory missions I believe, and it has lots of defense mechanisms. Shame it isn’t playing relaxing music.

Asura personal story line. Basically the person that lives there, that’s their home security system.

I had that PS as a sylvari for Durmand priory. It involved an asura who trapped herself with a dinosaur-like monster in some kind of space-time anomaly field. And yes, you had to deactivate the defenses around her house to free her.

It’s not for Asura PS, it’s for the priory part of the PS.

I do not have an Asura so it must be from an Order mission then ( priory)

I do remember that the owner got stuck in a static field that activated to contain an Orrian scout- basically her house defenses kick in if there is a threat to her, and they last for a very long time- I forget whether it is thousands or millions of years.

Better yet, go to the tengu gate. They have THE BEST solution dealing with invaders haha. Seriously though when can we play tengu?

Yeah it’s part of the Priory PS, it’s the mission before Clawr Island. It seems like she’s upgraded her defenses since then. Good thing too, wish I had shield like that to block all the orbital strikes the invaders are laying down.

Ahhh, that’s right. My asura chose Priory so there in-lies my confusion!

Her name is Maeva. I thought the forcefield might be Scarlet’s doing at first, but having read through the mission on the wiki, I agree that it’s probably just her automated defences kicking in. Good job, Maeva! (now how about letting some of these citizens hide out at your place, huh?)

Makes me wonder about the other PS house in LA – the zookeeper’s with the underground animals. I bet that is still intact as well.

Apparently the PS missions that take place in LA are going to take place in burning down LA. So to accommodate this they just put her house on defense. At least that’s how I interpreted it. It, of course, could also just be that they had the foresight to say, if there is one place in LA that would not be destroyed it’s her place because of that defense system.
