Is this obtainable in Lion’s Arch (Enemy Controlled)? In the normal Lion’s Arch, it is accessed by climbing a scaffold up to a bridge which it is on. In the current version of the map, a tower collapsed over the bridge and there seems to be no way up, nor under via water routes etc.

I think this is still accessible — via a different route, though. IIRC you go up to the left from the Gendarran fields entrance, past where one of the Aetherblades events was, and you can jump down to a bridge that leads you there. I’m not at a computer where I can check, but if you look around I think you’ll be able to see a walkway that leads there.

From Canal ward, head straight left until you see the bridge you can drop down to. Cross the bridge to get to the mountain part. There, it’s a bit jumping around to get to the Vista (and the Jumping Puzzle entrance). See the attached map.

The simple answer is that YES, all vistas are accessible and all JP’s are accessible. World Completion depends on it.

Those just have slightly different routes to get to them now but they’re still there.

To clarify, which one are you looking for? The one above the bank waypoint or the one south of that ?

The one above the letter “U” in the map for “Trader’s Forum”

I can answer that you can still get it since I got it while this event was going on as well although I don’t specifically remember how I did.

Looking at the vista from the forum there is a pile of rubble to the left. Walk up the rubble and jump onto the ledge below the mast with the vista. At the corner of the ledge is a little raised bit. Stand on that and jump toward the base of the mast,. You should be able to get onto it that way and walk up to the vista. Hope this helped. This was my last vista for world completion and it took me an hour to figure it out haha.

Thanks for the reassurance that it was possible. The rubble is extremely awkward to jump up, after like 45 minutes of trying I figured there must be some other trick to it. Your reassurance that the rubble was the key gave me the willpower to keep trying!

So I’m pretty happy that this thread was made because I was wondering about this on the first week that the LA attacks started happening during the miasma event; so basically a long time ago. The best way to get to this vista I found was as a warrior to sword leap unto the diagonal fence from the spot where the guild vendors where at once before the attack. I haven’t tried any other way because I only have one toon and its a warrior. Anyways if anyone would like to see this trick you can add me and I’ll show you.

That one was tough! Difficult jumps for sure. I helped someone acquire it the other night, but it was still frustrating for them. The one I’d still like to get just to compare before and after screenies of burning LA is the one that was on the bridge. Its now at the end of a long pole, and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get up to it.

As a side note, its rather frustrating that you cannot follow the word “get” with the word “it” without the censor giving you “gekitten”. (rolls eyes)

You can get to that one by taking the bridge that leads from Grand Piazza to Eastern Ward. Just after the bridge, head to the right on a ledge that will lead to the plank that sticks out.

As for the vista in the south forum, that’s the only one I couldn’t get to. I got up the rubble, but couldn’t get on the mast. I will have to try again tonight with the methods mentioned!
