Wasn’t he dead in the first place? Maybe he just decomposed finally?

For a second there I though you meant people where trolling players who attempted to do the jumping puzzle, like this wvw jumping puzzles.

well it would be logical that he decomposes with the time…. but WHAT IS LOGICAL in an onlinegame xD then they would have to change so many other things besides that fact that we use magic etc xD

how can new players know now why it is called trolls end?

I killed the troll when the game came out, and since I never looted the body (haha, I was so green back then…) the body didn’t disappear.

I came back during the assault and looted the body, so now it’s gone.

What bugs me is that the harvestable plants are now gone. I guess they got blasted in the aether bombardment. I just hope they grow back.

The same way we know that when a part of town is called Swamp Bottom (for example), and it’s neither the bottom, or a swamp, that it’s just a name someone gave it.

They could also put a grave marker there to indicate that a troll used to live there.
