Scarlet saw Tribulation mode… OMADD’s machine is SAB and TM was enough to drive her insane. The voice in her head is the Genie of SAB, who is actually Zommoros in disguise.

Zommoros is behind the Elder Dragons. Every few years the Elder Dragons appear to wipe all magic from Tyria, in reality they are an artificial threat created by Zommoros. Adventurers will use the Mystic Forge to create shinny Legendary Weapons (and maybe Armor) to defeat the Dragons and Zommoros will profit.

It’s just an attempt of a Genie to manipulate everyone and turn rich
