Does anyone know which server consistently succeed at the Assault Knights and Scarlet event. I think I am going to pay the transfer fee and get out of NSP server. I have wasted enough hours trying and seeing the event fail.

Seriously, how difficult is it to kill 3 knights?

Not very much at all. Finishing the knights in under 6 minutes is the real challenge.

I’m with ya, the overflows have a better record than NSP.

This afternoon I was on in Borlis Pass and we did it multiple times in a row and it was fairly easy. I got on again tonight, into overflow, and people weren’t as coordinated and kept losing.

The difference – during the day everyone cooperated and downed one knight at a time, Blue – Green – Red, in that order. It was fairly simply. Tonight in overflow everyone was split up into small groups on each knight and failing at least one of the events.

We tried doing it in order earlier on the main map but failed at Red Assault Knight. I am not sure what went wrong but felt as if the knight’s HP wasn’t dropping as fast as did with the first two.

Possible reasons:
Bad scaling due to zerg size
Dead people not rezzing
People not being in red circles

I mean… nothing is really flagged as difficult with these Assault Knights so I really dont understand why we can’t kill 3 in 12 mins.

Tarnished Coast zipped right through it when I was there.

Maguuma’s succeeded every time I’ve been a part of it. The only struggle is in taking down the Knights in less than 6 minutes.

My home is Tarnished Coast. Haven’t been on the main server in LA since this release. However I did just sign off after 2 successful runs in Overflow. Watch Knights killed with 4 minutes to spare and the Scarlet was cleared with plenty of time left as well. It didn’t take an “organized” group just a collection of people who had become accustomed to the mechanics of the fights.

First time I logged in we did it. SBI. I just guest over to other servers if there are not many people.

Overflow here for the win.

I’ve tried three times on SBI, failed all three times.
At this point I’m kind of hoping for a “skip” option – this is just feeling like a waste of time now.

Did it on an overflow the first evening of the release…
Sadly, I didn’t see my homeserver very often within the last weeks
Yesterday’s overflows were a pain in the… well you know what I mean…
Fail over fail over fail… These events start to get frustrating if people fail something that explains itself, even if you can’t even read a guide several times in a row.

Groupevents are fine, but serverwide stuff… well… if you can’t even choose your server because of overflowing (some people don’t have the time to try and try again to go back to their homeserver) isn’t really what anet should concentrate on imho.

I’ve only seen my server’s main map once. It was in the middle of the night. Every time I waltz into LA I get into an overflow.

Im in Ermhry Bay, been playing since 1 o’clock in the afternoon and there was only once instance where I played that we didnt get the Ls but i quickly swtiched to overflow and they were doing a better job.

I (on YB) completed it on an overflow server the first time I participated. I’ve been on three other overflows since and all of those also completed it. Never seen main so I don’t know how they’re doing but I really don’t understand how people are failing this so often…
