Am I the only one who thinks the Zodiac medium skin looks like light and light looks like heavy?
I’ve noticed this with a few other armor skins as well but it’s the first time it really bothers me.
It would also be nice if we could dye the blue part of the armor. hehe

That’s because the only good looking armour is heavy. Well that and the stuff that makes female toons look like……..night workers…..I like thoes.
Well there’s isn’t really enough armour there to tell if it’s heavy or light.

i like the design but…dat blue. T_T too much blue killed the interest
I’m rather a fan of blue, so no complaints there. But being unable to dye an area of armor does limit customization options; unless one has tendencies toward clashing colors, such as a clown would wear. Hee

Yep. I was disappointed. The light looks like heavy, the medium looks like light, and the heavy looks like medium. I was really hoping to love the light armor, but the shape of it is odd- it makes your bottom look really wide, the breastplates are at an odd angle and the shoulders stick out too far. Had medium been light, Anet would have had my money.
I liked the design, but is sad that we cant dye the blue parts… blue doesn’t really fit a mesmer, just thinking of having those blue areas dyed with Blacklight Dye… man that would be so awesome
Having purchased the armor i’m quite happy to say it looks awesome, the preview function dosn’t show how nice it really is. the solid blue middle is more like the effect on dusk but obviously blue.
Undyeable parts turn me off…
Zodiac armors look really cool. Although I will never buy it ( just like most players out there ) because the undyeable blue parts. This fact makes the customization extremely restricted. Not everybody likes that flashy blue. I still don’t get the logic on that decision, since A-net will get a much lesser profit this way. If those blue parts were dyeable, much more players ( me included ) would gladly buy it. Maybe if this thread gets more reaction from the community, A-net will listen and eventually make it all dyeable ( fingers crossed ).

Remeber that the forum users are a tiny minority of the games population so in order for this to happen it would rquire pages upon pages of requests, and in my opinion people that don’t like the undyable parts will just not buy it and not complain.
