I missed the actual destruction of lions arch, does anyone have a video that they can post?

There was no in game version of it.
There was however a video that should have be shown to you when you first logged on.
If you missed it or want to watch it again you can talk to any of the NPC’s in the 3 Order camps who have a star over their head. The second dialogue option will allow you to watch the cinematic.
