When you’re fighting Scarlet’s prime hologram on the drill, there’s music that I don’t recall having heard before in GW2. I looovvveeeeeeee it, awesome job to Anet! I was wondering where I’d be able to find and listen to this (probably while playing GW2). Can anyone give a guy a hand?

They need more music like this. Whoever did this song needs to make more. I don’t really like any other songs in GW2 and they never fit the story, ruining the emotional connection with a story for me. This new music made me go from meh to actually feeling something… its what made the story for me and it was wonderful. I could listen to it all day.

That was fast! Normally the new music tracks aren’t up there for a few days.

I hope the clapper is less, I dunno, clearly the same take over and over sounding in the in-game fight. Also less obnoxious. It’s like the musical version of the minimized sound bug.

Having now listened to the track, I got a “Final Fantasy archvillain” vibe from it all. It’s pretty cool, but I think I still like the Marionette battle music better.

Tbh I’m starting to really not miss Jeremy Soule.

You can’t discount the great music and soundtracks that Jeremy Soule did. It would take some work to compete against his ambient soundtracks for the zones in the map…nonetheless let’s not go down that route as it will be messy.
