So, we were just chilling on the Gandara server, assaulting Arah, doing pretty good, when all of a sudden Arenanet decides to update the game.

Scumbag Arenanet does not want us to hold Arah.

Either it’s bugged out or they update during assault.

this update reset the entire meta-event.

heh bad timing! I had a server reset once when Jormag was at 10% health… should have taken a screenshot of the map chat. I learnt some new words on that day

What’s worse is that the Area possession capping mechanics can make it almost impossible to beat the Arah Event.

The fact that even a single mob will halt the lengthy “cap” mechanic and that they spawn these mobs inside the zone can make it really frustrating.

They really shouldn’t have single mobs spawning inside the zone during the “capping” procedure.
