Has there been any word or anything suggesting that obsidian shards will be sold at another karma vendor? I know fractals has them but I have 2 million karma I have already farmed I do not feel like farming more for it.

no. GW2 ruined the game when they came out with fractals, no events nvr has to be done becuase gw2 makes it pointless to have karma wvw pvp or thing usefull. all i can say if you dont have time to do dungeons runs an alrdy have your karma your screwed.
