In the Straights of Devastation and Malchor’s Leap, ~20-30% of all of the events are bugged. Caravans sit in town and do nothing, escorts don’t spawn, escorts do spawn but inside walls, events just stop progressing and wait for something that has already happened, etc.
You can go to the Temple of Lyssa right now and see that the event won’t progress any further. It’s been like that for days, and it’s a rather large and important event. Can’t get the karma vendor until it’s finished

They couldn’t be tested during the BWEs since no one exactly mega rushed to lv70+ to get in there and test them out, and now we’re suffering the consequences of not having the option to roll high level characters to test high level content, that seems to be where the majority of the bugs are.

It’s not just high level areas, you should try out Snowden Drifts, that area is a mess.
I went in there, did my first event, went to the second…broken, third..broken, fourth…broken. Seemingly the meta event is also broken, it doesn’t start on my server. So i skipped through the middle of the zone, went to the western part but did not manage to find a single event. After 30min of searching, I left the area and stumbled upon another broken event.
Brisban Wildlands, reviving and escorting the two little skrits. u revive them and they just stand there attacking everything instead of going back home.
i lost track of how many DE’s are broken (im only lvl 25). maybe 8-10 so far.
edit: half of Brisbane Wildlands is bugged as well lol. from DE’s not activating, to infinite bandit spawns that yield zero xp

unfortunately this seems to be the case. URGENT action is required to fix bugs and tweak scaling in almost all DE’s. sadly, im doing most of my leveling through personal story and the hearts, only to occasionally faceroll some DE that pops up with 50 other people.
