I’m playing right now as a Sylvari, trying to volunteer with a Norn refugee coordinator… and getting nowhere. Do you have to be a Norn to do this? Or maybe I’m talking to the wrong people? How do you get… started?
I just wanna help these refugees, man!

There isn’t actually anything to do besides walk the path between the campfires and fix signs and collect momentos. It’s not really an event at this point.

You have to gather momentos from fallen refugees around the area and bring them to the coordinator. If you don’t have momentos, they have nothing to say to you.
