In Snowden Drift
It is still bugged after a month. Event mentions 9 urchins, but only 8 are visible.
Arenanet can verify by themselves by sending someone in the water.
This has been bugged for a long time and nothing has been done yet.
I did this twice today, and the event finished both times. I admit I can’t recall the number of urchins, but was able to end the event. (second time I just participated and didn’t clear the urchins alone) (Henge of Denravi)
