I have never had this problem.

I am able to do most of the objectives but anything that has to do with killing enemies i just do not credit for.
Make sure your computer’s clock is set to the right date and time of your local timezone. If it’s not, you’ll see the daily for some other day.
I have issues getting the daily healer most the time. It takes way more than 10 revives to get the achievement. I have tried doing just humans and just npc to try and figure it out but it doesn’t help.
Most the time now I just go to the Bloodfields, north of Nebo Terrace and raise the npc there, usually I have to rez about 15 – 20 of them just for the achievement to work.
None of the other dailys seem to be bugged for me except for daily healer, as it seems I need much more than 10 rez to get the achievement.
I’ve noticed that if I try to revive the same NPC in short order, it normally doesn’t count. If I take a minute or two and go do something else, like revive another NPC or two, then come back, it usually counts. Perhaps there is a cooldown timer for specific NPC’s?
I only still have bad time to get dodge credit as it not working somehow each time for me.
If it 100% my fault, why it works 2x and not 3x?
I try to guess what I do wrong and still pretty much frustrated of doing it.
I really dislike the dodging one as well and I’m getting really annoyed at having to do it EVERY FLAMIN DAY! They all seem to be random, except that one…for me anyway!
The timing has to be perfect. Things that you dodge successfully in a fight only count towards the dodge credit if you dodge just as the attack activates – something you don’t always need to do in game to actually avoid an attack.

Yep I hate dodging because I always dodge early so I don’t proc the evade mechanism.
My solution is to drag like 5-10 things and dodge at random or just farm CoF P1 which gives some dodges on the part after the bridge.
To get the dodging thing done I usually just go to Queensdale and annoy a few bandits. Some of them start fires which you can dodge through quite easily. Dodging attacks from mobs seems a bit hit and miss…

One of the easiest methods to do the dodge is find a mob that lays down something like a poison field, or a fire field and then dodge roll through it. You can actually get multiple evades (as you are evading ticks of damage) which will make dodging a breeze.
