I finally found the perfect analogy for the dragon fights. It’s like cutting grandmas lawn for a whole dollar!

Seriously..just killed jormag and its pretty much pointless at this point. So many people have decided its pointless that the fight is actually difficult due to lack of participants and then it just proves them all right when the highest loot you get from the chest is a green shaman badge..seriously hope this next big update buffs up something.

Got 2 rare yesterday then TP’d to Tequatl for the last 30 seconds and got another rare. Salvaged those 3 for 7 ectos and change.
Best run for a while.

Hmm you must be having a bad run of luck because i have been doing well the last couple days but it is streaky.

+MF gear helps a lot.

I have not gotten a rare from the dragon chests since… A way while back. I get blues and once in a blue moon I get a green or two. And other champion in the world rarely give me any loot. And if they do, it is mostly a white or a blue item. It just does not feel worth the time it takes to kill them.

I have done about 10 dragons a and got 1 rare could you at least put enough silver and loot to pay for the port there? I killed this epic creature and I got this green drop worth 69c.

they were made for new comers who don’t even have a Rare set of armor/weapon. For everyone who have over 500h, jormag and the other two are a waste of 10+ minutes. I mean even if you get 1 or 2 rares in those 30-45 minutes it takes you to kill jormag, you aren’t even guaranteed to get ectos from those rares and even if you do get couple of ectos its just much more fun to do fractals and get way more rares and at least exotics don’t drop one per 7 months there.

Not to mention the karma, xp and world event credit for your daily, plus being able to do the 2-4 other world events for karma/xp that accompany Shatterer and Claw.

Not that I don’t think they couldn’t use some tweaking, but they’re definitely fun in general.

Are u serious? Or just sarcastic ? Or just blind? Dragon fights are boring… look Shatterer.. he’s facing forward even if all of us flank him.. and all his dmg goes for nothing.. you call this fun? Jormag does the same… just screaming at us and waving us with ice flow. It’s boring as hell and they have to change mechanics…
Even Orr bosses are more fun to kill AND HARDER to kill than ‘’Epic Elder Dragons’’ jezus… open your eyes people… i don’t wanna be arogant, i’m a GW fan, i just want that things get sorted and fixed. I won’t even mention Last ’’epic’’ dragon boss which was killed by NPCs.

I didn’t get bored in GW1 for 6+ years(since prophecies), and i got bored here after 2 months… Something stinks here… I’m very disappointed as loyal player, which waited for over 4 years and continue playing GW1, hoping for awesome release of this awesome GW2, and than we get this beautiful lands, and horrible mechanics…

It’s sad that all those people are stuck in dungeons, and you barely see people in lands.

A hell of a lot more fun than dungeons, that’s for sure. I guess I fall into the ‘just blind’ category, but I have fun with the dragon fights and can also decent grammar at the same time:)

Seems most of the “lesser” dragons project their power by the use of minions. Seriously, if the Devs wanted to make the dragons aggressive and really dangerous …
do you really think you’ld stand up to the challenge of going broke fixing your armor?
I think not because all your questing for that legendary junk climbs incredibly out of your reach. I can hear the whining now ….
