Does anyone else purposely avoid DEs when in Orr?
Why would I purposefully avoid DE when they spawn waves of easy mobs and reward Karma for basically spaming a single button?
Because most are over camped by rangers with bears……..
Over camped, yes they are. Counter productive? Absolutely not. Unless you’re a mesmer, farming DE’s in Orr is BY FAR the best and most efficient way to get rares/greens/blues for salvaging and selling. Even if you have rangers there you will still come out on top with more loot over farming anywhere else.
Why unless a Mesmer? I have no trouble gettin karma and stuff on my Mesmer.
i do.pain in the kitten trying to hit a mob when there are 20 other aoe classes there spamming their skills.usually by the time i get a mark down,all the mobs are dead.the ones where i do preplace marks down,the mobs spawn as invulnerable
I find myself skipping all the DE’s now, sadly. Exotic armor karma is done, got more than enough gold for waypoints and food now. Skill points are just Forge fodder now, and again, don’t need the gold. As for Legendary, I never was into that cartoon. So really they’re kind of a waste of time at that point, especially if downlevelled. If anything, DE completion should have loot rewards, particularly now that trash mobs don’t drop nearly as much.
@Dee Jay, do you just go from thread to thread and post negative comments? I’ve just read 5 random threads and always you’re there spouting hate on whatever subject.
