I tried to talk with all the bears but no dialog is shown. plus n map I see the simbol but none of the bears have that simbol over theyr heads.

Any ideeas? bugged or I need to do something else?

There should be an NPC there, a shaman, you talk to and then fight.

If they aren’t there the skill point is bugged.
