“Victurus the Shattered” – I watched as he obliterated 10+ people, this was with the NPC’s and giant whiptail thing, I was in awe shock at how quick everyone died.

I’ve killed him plenty of times. It’s just been bugged a lot lately where he keeps regenerating health because it thinks he still has an army.

I found him while he was at 17 adds and solo’d it so I’d say it is.
