Does anyone know which servers open the Karka queen, and if so what time is it in server time when opened?

The Karka Queen works on any server, I’m pretty sure about that.

Farming her isn’t all that popular as far as I know so you shouldn’t need to wait for her to spawn all that often.

But you do need to do the associated events for her to appear. Only once you’ve captured the 4 encampments in Southshun will the Karka Queen appear (assuming she wasn’t killed recently).
