Last night on Sea of Sorrows, we killed the Wychmire Swamp giant wurm so fast, he apparently died before he officially fully spawned, and no chest dropped. Amid all the chat cries of wuuuuut?, one player announced, ‘well, on to the next server!’

Really? I mean, REALLY? One of the players present said he would report it to Anet, but I figured I would mention it here as well. So many people are camping the boss timer across servers that we killed him too fast to get the reward. Not ok.

Yeah this happened to me too. He died before I could even target him. He should scale up with amt of players present.

He should just not drop 1-4 rares.

With this and the feedback in other posts I think it would make sense to limit guesting to 1 server in 24 hours to avoid event hoping.

It’s pretty annoying since melee characters spam at the base before the boss is even targetable for anyone else, pretty much killing it before it even spawns. It really needs an HP buff along with some of the other events.

sounds like it just needs to be immune until in position, like 90% of the other event spawned mobs

berk ,that isnt the issue. the issue is he is not scaling his health pool to match the number of people attacking him.
