I am looking for people to get this world boss with. The pirate champion unfortunately is too hard for just me and my husband to kill. I could not find any others on the map to complete this with.

I am looking for people who also want this achieve.. we can guest or on SBI if that works as well.

From what we understand we need to kill this pirate that is up and then wait 20 mins for the next event. The pirate is currently up on SBI.

I hope you guys are able to complete it. Many haven’t. This event is bugged. Most of the time it will never trigger, and when it does, half of the players get gold medal and chest, but no achievement. Check the ‘dynamic events’ section of this forum. I’ve been trying to get this achievement for a long time.

Ok got the pirate down so now hoping to get the achieve.. on sbi should be about 15 mins

GL always been able to get the chest here fine when i’ve been able to get folks together to do in area when i wonder by to check.

Well apparently the pirate is a loop we have now fought him 2 times. no idea how to get to the next step.. Oh well guess I am not going to see this today… if anyone gets past this point I would love to join!

Just guest to very populated server. You’ll usually find some people there.

Then the only hard thing is to get the event started.

I’ve done this a couple of days ago, was very hard to understand what I had to do in order to get this done, but I did it with 3 guildies.

There will be a pre-event, helping two NPC’s fight some mobs and such. After you done that, the captain will come to kill. There is one merchant NPC I think, or one NPC near a merchant, which name is Jenny. That NPC has to be alive once you kill the captain, in order for her to flee from the island.

After you killed that captain, wait for about 10 – 15 minutes, the next event should start in the chain, which I think is to eliminate some cannons.

At the end of the event, you’re supposed to kill the hydra queen.

^ I had to get people together to fight the Risen Captain three times before the pre-event triggered. Once funny enough look what happened who needs a Com tag. Cool enough was the first time a lot of the people who joined up when i said the event started had done it.

I finished this before. And I was told this: you have to not let the female npc die in order to trigger the next event.

In the patrol part and Risen Captain, there’re 2 npcs, one of them is a female. You have to protect her.

I didnt have time to test it again to make sure. Just something you may want to try.

This is pretty much spot on. The NPC is a merchant and her name is Lionguard Jenny. She gets attacked every minute or 2 by a constantly-spawning risen mob. My job was to keep her alive while the rest of the team took out the captain. Once he was dead Jenny took off for the beach with the other 2 NPCs and they disappeared. 20 minutes later the rest of the event chain started.

Just noticed more replies on this.. ty. So I have to keep the npcs from the pre-event alive not Jenny? So if you arrive and they are already dead then you will have to complete the pirate captain again?

They may be revivable? All I know is that Jenny is located away from the main battle and she gets attacked periodically. You must keep her alive until the event is complete.

well per say vs keeping the npcs alive, the trigger i noticed when leading it (points to earlier post) was waiting & escorting & killing the Risen captain that the two Lionsguard npcs spawn at the end of their path. Once you do it enough they’ll give a different lore chat to say they are leaving, once you see that make sure you rez Jenny then wait 10-20min and the preevent should trigger.

Pre event 1 – Kill Cannons @tower a
Pre event 2 – Take over tower b
Pre event 3 – destroy cannons as the Lionsguard galleon blasts down a gate
Final event – Admiral spawns, at roughly 60/30%hp she’ll disappear and make you play hide & seek — 1st move in by the skill point in the lowest level of the building she spawns in, 2nd move is up the path to the left of the 1st moves room you kill here there and the chest spawns.

My guild has triggered and completed this event reliably on two occassions.

In order to trigger it you must kill the Risen Captain 3 times. (Escort Bill event). While doing that event make sure you have 1 person stay with Lionguard Jenny to the east of the campfire on the beach. After killing the Risen Captain 3 times Jenny, Bill, and whats-her-name will all run off the island.

About 10 minutes later this DE event will start up. You’ll need at least 7 people and expect to take about 30-45 minutes.
