What are the leveling chain events and what level should i be going to level on a specified map?

Before it was Kessex -> Harathis -> Sparkfly -> Fireheart Rise -> Straits -> Orr. How about now? i see that harathis is changed and no one is leveling there anymore.

And what’s the unofficial Leveling server?

The maps have a level range on them, just use that as a guide.

From Harathi on I followed the same route as you listed. There were tons of good event chains. After 2/26 I don’t know. I sampled a few events that people were QQing about in general and they are horrible. Anet has pretty much killed pre-2/26 GW2. We’ll need brave explorers to see if there are any parts of Tyria worth playing in now. When they chose to remove Pent/shelt from the game, I simply removed myself from the game.
