So.. um… will you guys be repairing the Lion statue in Lion’s Arch after the Mad King has destroyed it?

I think they have said it is gone forever, that was what I read. However I would really like this statue to come back, it was great and all we have now is a slab.
I understand leaving it their until the 15th, to allow people to get the halloween hat, however after that I would like it or another equally good structure to be placed in the middle.

No clue where u read that. Lol

But a dev in one of the halloween threads mentioned how hard hed worked on that lion, and in his free time and that its def not gone for good.

Both posts are here. One from the dev talking about how it’s not gone for good, and another post from a dev saying it is.

Edit: Actually, the second dev said “gone for now” and as for it coming back “anything is possible”. So actually not necessarily gone for good.

I do know that the person who designed the Lion did an awesome Job! I hope to see it again. (It would be over-excited if there was some kind of event tied to it where we could help rebuild it) I want to give my appreciation to who made. It was quite beautiful (and according to my sources the creator thinks so too.)
