Guild Wars 2

Maybe I missed the memo, but the Lion’s Gate poi in Lion’s Arch has changed. The bridge leading to it is gone, though the tower still stands and has Lionguards inside.

Any ideas why?

My idea is that this is a tempory solution. You can still reach the old light house, get the PoI (go to the new one and climb down some rocks to the base of the old one). and even get into the lighthouse (at the back is some rubble you can climb up to the ledge, then walk around the ledge to the front).

My suspiccion is that they are lazy. The new lighthouse is being build, the plans for the old lighthouse are unknown to us. I suspect that when the new lighthous is ready, they will update the minimap and replace the PoI.
