Hi ANet,

About the Karka event and its reward, I did participate in the event, disconnected several times and could not loot the last chest. So I heard that you were giving away the "box"es to the participants via an in game mail. I was excited to hear about it, but when I logged in and checked my account there was nothing. Is it lost on the way to me?

I would like to know how did you decide on who will get the box and who will not? Please inform us about the process.

Here are my "evidence"s on being there with different parts of the event. And I am pretty sure that you can see I did not get any chests via ingame mail and did not loot the chest at the end of the event from you logs.

I am asking them this in a support ticket as I didn’t get anything either.. Even more kittened off than I was before they gave the chests to random people.

i am in the same boat,i played all the weekend right through to the anciant karka event and then got cut off and returned to a overflow where it had finished.i opened a ticket and was told i would recive a reward early this week.i got nothing,i today opened a new ticket and asked why and was told they have finished handing them out and i must not meet the requirments? i dont see how when i played right till the end and got cut off….like everyone else who has been rewarded.

The worst thing about all of this is that people who didn’t even play the event seem to have got rewarded and even those that got the chest first time around!

Listen to the in-game chat … all i hear are guys/gals bragging about what they got in the chest and how much gold they have sold it for…
Still waiting for my chest…

Any update? I still need an official explanation on the approach chosen for the distribution of these chests. Any Anet representative reading this post?

YAY got my chest.thanks for for looking into my account finally. lol but at least i have it and got a few nice exotics and 20 slot bag

I got my chest too. No precursor but 20 slot bag and a few exotics calmed me ^^.
