Does anyone know a good location to find it? I been looking in the reactor for a hour with no success =(

it’s really frustrating when you actively look for it…

if you just drop by the reactor every day for a quick look then you’ll eventually see it..

here’s a couple tips:

walk through all the bushes in the jungle room and notice if “interact” shows up.
I’ve seen it lying on the floor in the middle room near a corner.
and I believe it may spawn under the stairs in the ocean room.

I found it twice today in the same hour. It’s a very small thing on the floor with a green glow. Pay attention to the interact pop-up which will say “Pick up”.

ya i saw the wiki but i been looking in the jungle room, where most sightings have been, for over a hour and nothing showed up
was killing mobs for it too =/
are you on tarnished coast by any chance sharkinu? if you are i am wondering if i could just hitch a ride for the golem

The key appears as protruding object that does not display name when you press ‘ctrl’ key, but will prompt interact option for you to pick it up when you are near it.

They are usually found randomly along the side of any room (including main hall & fire elemental’s room), mostly near staircase and sometimes concealed by bushes. I observed that only one key can be found in the whole reactor at any given time, therefore if someone have picked up the key, you will have to wait for around 30 minutes to an hour for another one to spawn.

Note that you can’t pick up another key if you already have one in your inventory.

I found one after I looked for it for a while (on the ~5th trip through the whole place). I found mine in a bush on the side of the earth area going up to it’s jump puzzle. Really the only way to find it is to be standing on top of it and an INTERACT button pops up.
It was fun to charge it due to anticipation (I had already done all of the puzzles before even knowing the key existed). Then I posted it to my guild and asked if they wanted to try a boss they haven’t done before. They were very blown away by the idea and rushed to the reactor. fairly easy boss, not great rewards, but it does give you an achievement.
the wiki has several suggested locations. If it’s not in any of those, I’d just try again later (I tried once per day).
