Hey is there a server where they actually do this event im trying to do it and i need help ?

If you mean the Temple of Melandru event it should be done fairly frequently on most servers. If it not being done on a particular server it could be because the event to start it is broken.

This temple has been breaking a lot on Dragonbrand I don’t know if this is the case for the other servers as well

What I have seen is that almost all PvE-orientated servers do melandru very often. It’s actually one of the easiest temple events and very rewarding cause of that.
