Ignoring bugs and concentrating only on the how to complete it.
Yesterday everything was ready for Balthazar to trigger. We might have been able to do it with the numbers we had but in my opinion it could have gone either way.
I went to Lion’s Arch, Malchor’s Leap and Cursed shore to tell players that it was expected to trigger soon (Pact forces had just arrived and ready for escort no bugs yet). Some players came from the places to help.
It didn’t trigger while I was there but it seemed to me a good idea instead of just hoping there were enough on that map to do it. After all it is the people in LA etc who mostly need the open Temple. I don’t remember reading that here before.
