The Packheart and Penitent events in cursed shore seem to be broken. Starting with the Packheart event, without it the gates at Penitent can’t be repaired so Penitent won’t start because of it.
Bugged here too. Northern Shiverpeaks. It’s really odd since it’s been in this exact state for weeks.Something is off with Packheart either not spawning or going completely off the map.
For the farmers: Try to replace it with fail-assaults on Arah or just plain kill every mob you see.
