Guild Wars 2

I’m not really sure why SB isn’t spawning but he hasn’t for 6+ hours now.
Usually Oak and Brew Escort quest completion would trigger it when the spawn window is open,
but for some reason.. Brew Escort has not budged. I’ve been standing beside the NPC’s checking every few min or so and she/bull hasn’t moved.

The patch states they fixed this bug but what else (EVENT) can block SB from spawning.

Looks to be the same on Ruins of Surmia. Brenda is just standing behind her dolyak, outside the monestary, but not offering her escort quest. This had been fine all month, but now it’s broken again.
