I had trouble with this one as a level 16 necro at 1400 health, how about anybody else? even knowing what was going to happen, I still bit the dust multiple times, using my dodges and limited blind ( Deathly Swarm ). it’s just that his spells aren’t telegraphed at all and hit for 290-300 ( Necrotic Bite ) up to a whopping 550-600 ( Unholy Feast ), not to mention the Fleshreavers he spawns that hit for 200-300.
PS: I dropped every mark from the staff skills before starting the fight.
