If ill buy a Pop gun skin from the correct event and use it to apply this skin on all of my rifles at this moment will i be able to remove it or i dont know if i wont like it some day can i remove this skin from my weapon?

You can replace the skinned weapon with another skin, or use a Transmutation Splitter to remove it and get the skin item back.
