Does anyone know where i can get exotic heavy helm in Power/Vit/Toughness? What temple would it be at? I am trying to find where i would get soldier stat accessories to.

All the PVT trinkets are at Grenth. The PVT heavy helm is not available at a temple. You can buy it with WvW badges or do Ascalon Catacombs for it.
