Temples need a change?
The only temple I’ve seen trouble with a lot of people is Grenth… So I don’t know what these people are afraid of…

This is a joke thread, right? From what I’ve seen, you lose badly if you don’t have enough people. I’ve never seen anyone tell people not to point out when temple event chains and bosses are up. Then again, it’s probably just the server I’m on.
I agree with Jeknar, the only real problem is Grenth which fails pretty hard if there are too many people around.
I personally haven’t seen people hogging temple events but I do think the temple events should be more telegraphed. For example maybe the statues across Orr that are linked to a temple should flicker on and off when the event is in progress so people can tell what temple events are up even if they aren’t in the zone. Just a thought.
I agree with the above. Grenth is the only one I would prefer to have a handful of players do and that’s only because it requires a level of skill, awareness, cooperation and strategy. Announcing it attracts way too many “zerg minded” players that die from aoes and/or pull mobs towards Jonez. The ones that die stay and beg for rezzing instead of respawning which just makes the add numbers stay high. Things always get out of hand and the few skilled players left standing can’t guard/heal the npc while clearing mobs and dpsing the priest so it eventually fails. I find it’s a lot better to make the call to arms after the priest is dead. That’s when you want zerg noobs to do what they do best: mindlessly kill everything that moves.
