Hi All,

Are you a EU (European) Player on a NA Server:
1) Who has not killed Tequatl or has experience of killing Tequatl?
2) Who wants to kill Tequatl at a more convenient time?
3) Does not want to spend hours queuing in a Main server in NA to kill Tequatl after the reset?
4) Wants a chance of the RNG Rewards (ascended chests or mini Tequatl) and karma/gold from this event?
5) Is prepared to listen and work together to kill this Dragon?
6) Wants an organised and well coordinated run with voice communication (Teamspeak)?
7) Wants to kill Tequatl more frequently – and is prepared to fight to the end ?
8) Would like a friendly atmosphere when organising and killing Tequatl?

If you have answered “Yes” to many of the above then read on…

[MYTH] is an international guild who are organising this event for you:
^ We are providing experienced commanders and individuals to organise this event.
^ We want you to represent the guilds that you come from and want you to stay with your current guilds and your friends.

When does it happen?
We start the organisation phase at 8pm (UK Time) / 9pm (Central European Time) / 12:00 GW2 Server Time.

Where does it happen?
You will need to guest to the [MYTH] main home NA world server to take part = Jade Quarry (NA)

Please be prepared to listen to the commanders and pay attention to the requests from the commanders during this phase who will help you achieve rewards from this event.

Please arrive on-time, join Teamspeak (even if you can just listen and have no microphone) and de-party in the map so we can form the various groups up and be prepared to take part.
It takes about 45 mins to organise the different groups – once we are organised we will be ready to face this awesome and epic battle !

If you would like to participate-
Please DO:
^Turn up for the organisation phase – Preparation is the most important part of the battle !
^Join on the Team-speak server – it helps speed up organisation.
TS Channel: General PvE,SvP -> PvE Event 1.
(The server information will be posted in map chat)
^Listen to the [MYTH] commanders who are currently organising and delegating individuals – if you can help organise send me a PM.
^Volunteer for the various mini groups that are being organised. Let us know if you have not taken part in that group before – we can help train you what to do !
The less time it takes for the 10 different groups (with specific tasks and objectives) to form the more information we can give you to ensure the battle will be a success!
The more people we educate what each mini group does the easier it will be for future runs and less time it will take to organise.
^Use a waypoint if dead – this helps limit scaling.
^Keep fighting – each successful battery phase is worth a extra personal chest.
^Stay positive ! (It’s hard for me – I’m a pessimist)
^Encourage people and respect each other – we learn more about each other when we fail and how to improve the run each time.
^Stay for 5-15 mins after the match for a post-fight improvement review session to improve the next run. We are aiming for perfect fights every day for this time slot. We are currently not trying to issue improvements during the match so we get people more comfortable with their roles, groups and what they need to do. Feel free to be vocal with improvements (or whisper the commanders) that can be made during the post-fight analysis on the voice communication server after the event.

We promise to help improve the runs a little bit until we are 100% successful every time. We will go fight another major world boss (or something else which is special ) as a Zerg afterwards together to get (gold, dragonite or obby shards) – listen out for the announcement in Teamspeak on where we will go afterwards.

Please Don’t:
^ AFK – during the organisation phase and expect it to be successful. We need to organise people before the fight and participate during the fight. If we have lots of AFK people we will all port to an overflow server if necessary.
^ Expect to turn up and win every time – this will take time before we have everyone educated at this particular time slot and numbers turning up regularly (we usually get 50-100 people currently turn up). If there are not enough numbers we will head out to do the post-Teq event we have planned for that night.
^ Overload people with information during the fight – we will improve over time as people become more comfortable in the roles/groups.

Many thanks go out to the other experienced commanders (EU, NA) and TEQ pro-killers who are helping organise this time slot and educating people what to do best. We really appreciate everyone’s help and commitment to making this time slot work for EU people on the NA Servers.

We have many new people who have never done TEQ before:
^Please be patient as we develop the players and get them comfortable with the various roles/groups and what to do.
I get people asking me what is TEQ !

I encourage you to Volunteer and follow instructions when a commander asks (or accept the commanders invite to their party. They will be putting you into an organised sub-group).
We will teach you what to do and won’t tell you off – we are a friendly bunch and want to help you learn all aspects of this complex world boss and what each group does so we can kill him easily every time at this time slot.

We have pushed several battery phases at this time slot before and achieved perfect turret defences and have many experienced regulars turning up for this time slot.

You will find many GW1 players who are experienced organising this event that you may recognise in the map !

Thank-you for everyone who came and helped organise this kill.

It has been a two-week effort, but it has been worth it.
Lets kill him more often at this time – same time tomorrow folks!

Thank you to everyone who is coming to this event and helping out with the organisation of this event – it is now getting quite popular.

Tequatl is now being killed consistently with a good amount of time left on the clock (last 4 nights he has been killed each time).

Please continue to help out in the organisation phase and volunteer for the groups being formed.
Don’t be afraid to try a different position or profession out (you don’t have to be on the DPS Zerg each night !). There are a number of regulars which I see each night who are learning each of the different positions so they can help lead groups in future.

Please join us on the TS Server (even if you can only listen) – so we can organise and give instructions during the fight.

Thank you everyone who came last night – another good kill with lots of new people doing this event for the first time.

Please find an update for the holiday schedule for the EU Timezone kills on a NA Server.

22nd – This will be the last TEQ Kill before a short break for time with family and friends (TY to everyone for the kill tonight: > 3 mins left on the clock again !)

FYI – This event is back up and running.
I would encourage people to arrive on time as the Map does frequently hard-cap.

Arriving for the start of the organisation phase allows us to ensure everyone is in place and explain more info to people what to do for anyone who is new to this fight.
Please help organise/volunteer if you have been turning up regularly.

I think we had everyone in position within the first 30mins of the organisation phase – fantastic team work and effort from everyone who was there.
It was a nice kill having > 3 mins left on the clock tonight – good job all with lots of new people still learning.

It shows Teq can be done if planned correctly at non-reset times without having to be in a specific Teq killing guild.
