Loads of times have I been roaming the world of tyria and I encounter a dynamic event that I have seen before. This problem is resulted due to the amount of dynamic events. I say that there needs to be more dynamic events.

There are many events that are just not seen. IMO the distance to see events on the main map is to small. Also when events start they need an announce and prepare time (In cases of escorts atleast).

Also NPCs at towns should be able to tell you which event starter NPCs are up and ready to start.

Three thoughts.
Firstly, there are many events that are broken and it would markedly increase those available if they were fixed and stayed fixed beyond a short time after server restarts.
Secondly, sometimes allowing an event to fail can lead to a series of events that can be even more interesting.
Thirdly, on servers that have a “low” population at the time, an event series can lead to the end of the series with a group event and, overnight for example, it’s impossible to get a group. So the series leading to that event are not seen. Maybe a timer on the group bosses might be an idea.
